A suction cup
A key component of the magnetic soap dish, the suction cup enables it to be attached to any smooth, clean surface: earthenware, shower enclosures, washbasins, bathtubs… and it’s ready to use.
Made of PVC in Maine-et-Loire, the suction cup can be colored to match your own or your brand’s colors.
A capsule
It, too, is made in the Maine-et-Loire region by a partner we were able to bring on board. Made from European stainless steel, it is deep-drawn and can be easily pressed into soap or solid shampoo with a simple push of the thumb.
A magnet
The only non-French component of the soap dish, the neodymium magnet, is made in Asia. Unfortunately, there are no longer any manufacturers of magnets (of this type) in France or Europe (we promise we’ll keep looking and won’t lose hope of finding a great partner one day).
Its powerful capsule holds solid cosmetics weighing up to 160 grams upright, preventing them from becoming sticky on contact with water.
How do you make a magnetic soap holder?
As you can see, the magnetized soap dishes we manufacture combine different skills (plastic injection, stamping, magnet) that we can’t master all in-house. We therefore call on external, but always local, expertise.

Plastic injection
After working with a partner in Germany, then in the North of France, we’ve now arrived at a very local partner. Located just 20 minutes from our offices, our injector is ISO-9001 certified and has been awarded the ecovadis Silver label in recognition of its quality approach.

Stamping
Stramp-what? That’s what we thought when we first heard the name. Then finally, after some research and company visits, we quickly realised that this was what we needed to make this capsule.

Assembling
Assembly is the key step in transforming a simple suction cup into an indispensable bathroom accessory.
We have chosen to be a player in the Social and Solidarity Economy by entrusting this mission to two Adapted Enterprises located next door to our offices.
